What we learned, where your team's capacity is bottlenecked, and how a custom system built by Waxley Graham would address it.
Every engagement follows the same four stages. It starts with a 30-minute conversation and one workflow, and grows from there.
Every engagement begins with a 30-minute call about your business, your team and where the work is piling up.
Together we identify the pain points, then choose one workflow to start with: the one where consulting or automation will make the biggest difference.
Your discovery day is held in person where possible, or online.
You provide one or two sponsors: core members of the team who know the workflow best. They work alongside your Waxley Graham representative to understand exactly how the workflow happens today, and the systems your team currently uses to support it.

A working prototype that shows exactly how the system will work, and a chance to give feedback on the different ways we could address each bottleneck.
Everything you need to decide on the build:
The build starts once the proposal and scope are agreed. We give you an estimated timeline for how long the system will take to build, then update you on progress every week.
Where custom integrations and features need it, such as automated emails or connecting to your cloud storage, we'll need input from your IT department or an administrator.
Ongoing support is entirely up to you. Through our retainer, we keep your systems running and keep improving them as your business changes.
Opt in when you agree your proposal, and support starts as soon as the build is complete.
If your requirements change later on, you can choose to engage our retainer at any point.
